Can I cancel my order after checkout?

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped out. Once your order is dispatched, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

Can I change my address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us and we’ll help you update the address.

Where do you ship to?

We currently only offer shipping within Singapore and do not ship internationally.

Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 working days within Singapore once dispatched.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can use it to monitor the delivery status of your parcel at our tracking page any time.

Return & Refund

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Yes we Do. We accept returns and refunds for defective, incorrect items and also change of mind. However, customers are responsible for the return parcel fee.

You may return for an exchange or a refund straight away.

What should I do if I receive a defective or wrong item?

Please email us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number, product photos, and a short description of the issue. Once verified, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.

How do I return an eligible item?

If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions via email. Returned items must be unused(Try ons are fine), in their original packaging. Any damage or missing packaging may affect the eligibility for a refund.

How are refunds issued?

Refunds are issued via the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.
